Staging

The Kathleen Eder Group has its own inventory of furniture, lighting and accessories to stage your home, potentially saving you tens of thousands of dollars in staging costs. Staging can be completed using an “edit” with your own furnishings, or a more complete staging for a vacant home.

Photography/Floor Plans

All of our photo shoots are directed by a professional photographer with a careful eye as to how the photos and styling will be conveyed on a custom website, the likely place your buyers will first experience your property, and through other online portals.

We proudly use the services of BTW Images for our professional photography and floor plan needs.

Brochures

We don’t believe in 8.5×11 sheets of paper. Or photocopies printed in-house. We design unique and creative brochures for our listings and have them professionally printed by the talented folks at Tyler Print in Alexandria. We love their family story, but most of all, we love their obsession with perfection.

Custom Website


We engage the development of a custom website with a keen understanding of a user’s experience, from the placement of links to site accessibility from all operating systems, browsers and devices, to include mobile. We purposefully do not use Flash so that the website can be viewed on devices where that program is not supported (ie: iPads and iPhones), as well as to encourage indexing by search engines. We also include a floor plan on the website.
