Kathleen began her residential real estate career in 2000 and has been consistently ranked among the top Realtors nationwide.
Before joining Compass and The Reishman Group, Kathleen founded her own successful brokerage, Towne Residential. During the transition, Kathleen took advantage of the opportunity to devote innovative energy to the aspect of her work that she feels most passionate about – providing personal attention and careful guidance to each client. Kathleen is diligent in anticipating issues in a sale. Solving problems behind the scenes allows the client a positive experience through the counsel she provides.
Before she entered the residential real estate field, Kathleen was the Director of National Marketing for Core Location, a Bethesda-based real estate development company. She holds a B.A. in business administration and a B.S. in information systems management from the University of Maryland. In addition to her real estate work, Kathleen is a managing director at Cityscape Development, a D.C.-based residential real estate development company.
Over the years, Kathleen has called many of the District’s neighborhoods home. She currently resides in a 1930s colonial in Crestwood with her husband, two daughters, and Lab Mix named Foxy. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys yoga, travel, and skiing.
